Return Policy
Damage: Please inspect the package before signing for it. If a package appears damaged, you must ask the carrier to note that you believe it may be damaged prior to signing for it (also known as making a damage exception). In the freight industry, when you sign for a package, you are declaring "I have received this package and it is undamaged". Damaged items are not returnable. Filing a damage claim with the carrier will be needed for compensation.
The products we carry are genuine, brand name, fresh and factory sealed. Because of this, we can only accept returns of unopened product within 30 days of receipt and they will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. All returns must be pre-approved. This is so we can give you necessary reference numbers, the correct shipping address and any other instructions that may be needed (can vary from brand to brand). If you are not sure what to order, we are more than happy to assist you.
Our friendly support staff is excellent at solving any difficulties you might have. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are experiencing any problems. Since we carry only consistent, quality genuine products, the need for returns is rare. Should the need arise, contact us, and we will provide you with all the necessary information (shipping address/authorization number/packing instructions). In the event that less than 75% of a product is returned, we reserve the right to refund you accordingly.
